Z2 provides bespoke funding options to assist with both the purchase of the land and/or the build costs. Rather than have a standard set of funding products, we look to tailor each loan to the requirements of the individual project. We look for developers with previous experience on new builds who understand both the market and local demand.
We appreciate that in many circumstances, time taken to secure finance can make the difference between securing the land and losing it. That's why we focus on compressing the time taken to make decisions and commit capital. We aim to be on-site as soon as possible after an initial approach, and to make a decision in principle within 24 hours of a site visit. We are a small team and are investing our own capital, so decision-making can be extremely quick.
