We provide finance for development work on houses, flats and apartments, commercial properties and HMO/multi-lets. We are happy to consider loans on projects ranging from small extensions to major works. We have worked with developers with a wide range of experience, including first-time developers. We work with developers with a wide range of exit strategies, either via a sale or a refinance of the property to buy-to-let.
Not every project goes according to plan. Circumstances and market conditions often change during a build and projects often have to be modified. We understand this and work with our developers to maximise the probability of a successful outcome for everyone. We allocate our own funds, allowing us to be flexible, understanding and responsive to changes.
