Z2 was approached recently to provide a loan to enable the completion of this run of 3 terraced houses. The site is an old Victorian school and playing field; the school is being separately converted into apartments and the playing field has permission for a total of five houses, two of which are already completed. The original schoolhouse is being preserved as much as possible, resulting in a really unusual and beautiful setting for the development, as you can see in these photos. We are delighted to be involved in this unique new build project and we expect our loan to last for around 6 months.
