A day trip to Swansea to see how the 9-bed HMO is coming along. We love this building, and it's great to see it being restored. The exterior has been repaired and painted. Inside, everything has been stripped out, the layout agreed and it's largely ready for the fit-out. What was a shop downstairs will become a 2-bed flat, once the upper two floors are complete. So far, everything is pretty much on time and budget.
