Swansea HMO - September 2018, final update

A last look at the HMO project in Swansea that we financed back in May last year. This project has now been successfully completed; the HMO refurbishment was finished some time ago and all nine rooms,which are looking great, have been rented out for some time. The ground floor, which was originally a shop, has now been converted into an additional flat and has already been rented out as well. The borrower will now refinance into a mortgage product.
