Z2 was approached to provide funding for the renovation of this large HMO in Swansea, which comes with a ground floor shop which will be converted to additional accommodation as part of the work. We have worked with the developers before and they are highly experienced in this area. Following an on-site visit a few weeks ago, we were happy to proceed with this project. The developers have now taken ownership and works will start shortly. The work is expected to take up to a year to complete and the developers will probably refinance on completion.
