Following the granting of full planning permission for the redevelopment of a former car showroom in Wimbledon, SW19, we have arranged a refinancing and development loan to enable the build-out of the project. The scheme will build a total of 9 flats, comprising 6 duplex apartments arranged across basement and ground floors, with 3 single-bed flats above. The loan repays our earlier bridging loan and provides finance for the build through to completion.
