Z2 has been asked to provide a loan to assist with the purchase and renovation of a large 3 storey house that has been converted into 5 self contained flats. Although the building itself is basically sound, the flats are generallytired and in need of renovation throughout. Theintention is to refurbish the flats, split the title and then sell both theflats and, eventually, the freehold. We expect our loan to be in place for about 6-9 months.
