Z2 was approached last month to provide finance for the redevelopment of a house in Wimbledon, SW19. The developer completed on the deal last week and today we met with him on-site, for another look around.
The house is structurally sound, but is very dated and needs reconfiguring back into a single family house along with a complete redevelopment with the removal of internal walls to open out the spaces and some significant adjustments to the front in order to create more space.
We have worked with the developer before and are really excited to see how this project develops.
