Back on the road to visit the run of new build houses on the playing fields of an old school in Devon. Last time we were here, the two detached houses were complete, but the run of 3 terraced houses hadn't progressed beyond the concrete slab. Now the exterior brickwork is complete, the roof trusses and GRP dormers are on and the roof is waiting for felt and battens. Windows and doors are already on site and we are expecting the buildings to be water-tight in the next few weeks.
