Z2 has been approached to provide a bridging loan to allow the purchase of a former car showroom in Wimbledon, with a view to the premises being converted to new-build homes. The loan is now live and the proposed development is currently going through the pre-approval planning process, prior to a full planning application. We expect the loan to be repaid via a refinancing, once planning has been gained.
