A final update from our most recent barn conversion project, down in Durley, near Winchester. We first got involved in this project back in September, providing a loan to allow the developer to purchase and renovate this pair of delapidated barns, with a view to converting them into holiday rental accomodation. The barns had clearly fallen into disrepair and required a complete renovation from scratch, which the developer has undertaken over the last 8 months. As you can see, the transformation is now complete, the developer already has a significant number of of AirBnB advance holiday bookings and will now refinance onto a lettings mortgage.
