We are delighted to be providing funding for the purchase and renovation of this pair of old barns in a village in Hampshire. As can be seen, they are in a fairly dilapidated condition, although there is little structural work to be done. The plan is to completely renovate them and convert them into a pair of holiday homes, with the possibility of a conversion to full residential status at some point in the future. We expect our loan to last around a year, and expect the exit either to be via a sale or refinancing.
