The conversion of an office block into three split-level flats in a mews development with off-street parking. This was a fascinating project to be involved in, as the developer had to work within the existing structure in order to carve out three workable, well-apportioned flats, which he achieved with spectacular results. Z2 provided finance for both the purchase and development of the project, which took approximately 7 months to complete. The flats sold quickly and the loan was repaid from the sale.
